The Libertarian National Committee (LNC) is the governing body of the United States Libertarian Party, responsible for controlling and managing the party's affairs, properties, and funds. It is composed of party officers, five at-large representatives elected every two years at the national convention, and up to ten regional representatives. The LNC sets policy and organizational direction for the Libertarian Party between national conventions.
