Arthur Hayes is an American entrepreneur and co-founder and former CEO of BitMEX, a major cryptocurrency exchange. He was reported as the youngest African American crypto billionaire in history. Hayes pled guilty to a violation of the United States Bank Secrecy Act and was sentenced to home detention, probation, and a substantial fine, but was later pardoned by Donald Trump.
