Gregory Dwyer is an Australian-Bermudian businessman who was one of the first employees of the cryptocurrency derivatives exchange BitMEX and served as its longtime Head of Business Development. He pleaded guilty in U.S. federal court to violating the Bank Secrecy Act for aiding and abetting BitMEX's failure to maintain anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer programs, and received probation. He was pardoned by President Donald Trump alongside BitMEX's three co-founders.
