Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the third President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi. As the principal architect of the UAE's national-security and foreign-policy doctrine, he has long anchored the country's posture in Gulf affairs and previously held leadership roles across its sovereign-wealth and strategic-investment institutions, including the founding chairmanship of Mubadala Investment Company. He is the eldest of the three ruling bin Zayed brothers, alongside Vice President Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and National Security Adviser Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
